okeito.co is only available via online channels.
It is advisable to have an account in our website to place an order however guest checkout is also available.
We have a standard shipping flat rate of Php 150 Nationwide.
As a standard, orders are shipped within 1- 2 business days after payment. Once our shipping courier picks up your order, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking details, or we will message you in your IG/FB accounts.
Although we will monitor the delivery status of your package, feel free to track it as well.
For any special arrangement on delivery, please chat with one of our client representatives and they will assist you accordingly.
At the moment, we do NOT ship internationally yet.
Okeito.co at the moment only ships to the Philippines. We will update our channels once our shipping to international is already available.
Metro Manila Delivery on the average takes about 3 to 5 days.
Within Luzon normally on the average takes about 5 to 8 days.
Visayas and Mindanao on the average takes about 10 to 12 days.
okeito.co strives our best to ship the item as soon as the order has been made. We use several shipping providers in the Philippines that may best handle your package delivery.

Once the team have dispatched your order via our partner couriers, We will be providing you a tracking number and advise you how to track your order.
Okeito believes in the quality of our goods. We are giving six months warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.
Please note that the warranty does NOT cover:
Damage caused by improper use, lack of care, accidents, wear and tear due to daily use.
The warranty, however, includes defects in materials and workmanship. Manufacturing defects do not include scratched surface, normal wear and tear, and improper use.

If the order has not yet been dispatched and for whatever reason that you wish to cancel your website order, please send us a chat message asap and we will assist you accordingly.
Any purchase made through the okeito.co website may be returned for exchange or for store credit within 7 days from receiving the order.
Because we only sell exclusively online; we offer shipping, returns and exchanges if you decide the item is not what you want. Do note that shipping cost for exchanges and replacements will be shouldered by the client.
Important Note: Products such as Gel Socks, Water Bottles and items that involves use in the body or with body fluids would not be refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. If the item is however defective, we can do replacements.
